ELEVATE HEALTH Hannah Hartzheim

Hannah Hartzheim is a medical assistant from Denver, Colorado. She moved to Portland in the summer of 2024 on a whim and fell in love!

She has extensive experience in the medical field, specifically in pediatrics and caretaking for Alzheimer and dementia patients, as well as special needs children. Her love of children and caring for others in need inspired her career in the medical field. She values creating personal bonds with patients and giving as much care and time as she can to everyone she meets.

Hannah enjoys being in nature as often as possible, as well as reading, playing games, and spending time with family and friends at any new local bar or restaurant she can try.

She lives with her partner on the waterfront with whom she shares their "daughter" - a British shorthair kitty named Fusilli. She intends to expand her medical career and family in the future, as those are the two things she values most in the world.
