Victoria Phemister
Victoria Phemister, medical assistant, brings her experience of more than 23 years in medicine to Elevate Health, after several years with Tom Messinger, ND at Portland Natural Medicine. She enjoys connecting with people and providing comfort for patients.
Originally from Northern Idaho, she enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, being in nature, and gardening. She also enjoys reading “everything.”
Her long love of the human-animal bond led her to first work in veterinary care. She and her husband have two dogs and provide foster care for shelter dogs. Their four chickens’ eggs feed her neighbors and friends.
