Zrinka takes a whole-person, individualized approach when working with clients in attaining their readily available state of well-being. She brings a diverse background in medical nutrition therapy, herbal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, clinical research, and over 10 years of nutrition care.
Her deep interest in evidence-based nutrition and traditional medicine led her to a Master of Science in Nutrition at NUNM and to further training as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist (CNS). A life-long learner, she also holds a Master of Education. Her twin loves of functional nutrition and education are merged in her role as Lead Instructor of the Portland Community College Functional Nutrition Program, where she teaches the Research and Evidence-Based Practice for Nutritional Therapy and Holistic Nutritional Therapy modules.
She is well-versed in therapeutic and specialty diets. Some concerns she works with her clients to create personalized nutrition approaches to include:

Zrinka enjoys exploring the world near and very far. When at home, she drinks Japanese tea out of handmade pottery and takes delight in food, grocery shopping and cooking for fun. She also enjoys nature, yoga, Pilates, meditation, and—most of all—the convivial Mediterranean lifestyle of her Croatian roots.
