ELEVATE HEALTH Zrinka Glavas, MSc, MEd, CNS-c

Zrinka takes a whole-person, individualized approach when working with clients in attaining their readily available state of well-being. She brings a diverse background in medical nutrition therapy, clinical research, herbal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, and over 10 years of nutrition consulting in various capacities. She teaches the Research and Evidence-Based Practice for Nutritional Therapy and Holistic Nutritional Therapy modules at Portland Community College and is Adjunct Faculty at the National University of Natural Medicine.

She is well-versed in therapeutic and specialty diets. She helps clients create personalized nutrition approaches for concerns such as:

Zrinka enjoys exploring the world near and very far. When at home, she drinks Japanese tea out of handmade pottery and takes delight in food, grocery shopping and cooking for fun. She also enjoys nature, yoga, Pilates, meditation, and—most of all—the convivial Mediterranean lifestyle of her Croatian roots.
