Courtney Cronk, MA, FNTP works with clients one-on-one to help them discover and address the underlying causes of chronic illness, using real food as medicine. She coaches clients towards optimal wellness through self-care techniques and lifestyle changes.
She is well-versed in therapeutic and specialty diets including:

- Paleo lifestyle

- Autoimmune Paleo
- The Wahls Protocol
She guides clients through short-term therapeutic diets, and advises them in the skills needed to eat healthily for life.

Courtney includes her personal experience with autoimmune disease, heavy metal toxicity, leaky gut, and small intestine bacteria overgrowth (SIBO) to inform her approach coaching her clients.
A strong proponent of life balance, Courtney enjoys time with her family, practicing yoga and meditation, being in nature, learning guitar, cooking, knitting, traveling, and reading.
